HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: One tablespoon mixed with yogurt. Two tablespoons mixed with protein or carbohydrate shake.
RECIPE: CAKES 4 units
40g of oatmeal
40ml skim milk
4 egg whites
A pinch of salt
A teaspoon of yeast
Beat the whites to form peaks and then add the rest of ingredients. Mix it so that the dough remains without lumps. We heat the pan with a touch of olive oil. We fry both sides (like a pancake) and it’s done!
RECIPE: SPONGE CAKE
Two cups of oatmeal
A glass of skim milk
A sachet of yeast
3 egg whites
Lemon or cinnamon zest
Beat the whites to form peaks and then add the rest of the ingredients. We mix the dough and pour it into a silicone mold (this way we don’t have to use butter and flour to grease the mold).
We preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 20-25 min.
INGREDIENTS: Oatmeal, flavorings and sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, and sodium saccharin).
