Our Oatmeal BLUE OATMEAL 1Kg, is an excellent product for all athletes and people who take care of their diet. Whether as a tasty breakfast with yogurt or mixed with a protein shake, it provides energy and slow-release carbohydrates.

Delicious flavours available: donut, chocolate cake, milk candy, Maria cookies, rocher chocolate, white chocolate with waffles.

DIRECTED TOWARDS: BLUE OATMEAL is for all of us who want to lead a healthy and energetic life. It helps our digestive system and brings a different way to our menu.

WARNING: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.

ALLERGENS: GLUTEN, MILK AND SULPHITES. May contain traces of eggs, fish, soybeans and sesame grains.

HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: Mix one tablespoon with yogurt. Mix two tablespoons with protein or carbohydrate shake.

RECIPE: CAKES 4 units

  • 40g of oatmeal
  • 40ml skim milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • A pinch of salt
  • A teaspoon of yeast

Beat the whites to form peaks and then add the rest of ingredients. Mix it so that the dough remains without lumps. Heat the pan with a touch of olive oil. Fry both sides (like a pancake) and it’s done! RECIPE: SPONGE CAKE

  • Two cups of oatmeal
  • A glass of skim milk
  • A sachet of yeast
  • 3 egg whites
  • Lemon or cinnamon zest

Beat the whites to form peaks and then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix the dough and pour it into a silicone mold (this way we don’t have to use butter and flour to grease the mold).

Finally, preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 20-25 min.

INGREDIENTS: Oatmeal, flavorings and sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, and sodium saccharin).
