Returns

Customers have the right to return any purchase within a maximum period of 5 calendar days from receiving the good provided that the the goods are unpacked and in the same condiciton as received. Returns of products in promotion or whose price has been reduced will not be accepted. The client must inform about the return and the cause of returne by email [email protected] or by whatsapp +34 646 058 533, including the order number. The costs of the return may vary, depending on the evaluation of the returns department. Client will be informed of possible expenses by phone or email. The return will be effective after receiving the products in perfect condition and the evaluation of the corresponding department, maximum term 72 hours after receipt. The refund will be made via bank transfer.
